I highly recommend Sasquatch Appliance Repair! He fixed my leaking freezer yesterday. He was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, very reasonable and a great personality. Call and ask for Chad.

Chad is an amazing professional. He got to the bottom of my wayward refrigerator issue, fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time, and did a wonderful job reorganizing my freezer. He is very personable and most reasonable. I will definitely call him again.

Had maintenance service on all of my appliances — they haven't been this clean since I bought them!! I'm mainly talking about my nasty front-load washing machine… it is shining!!! I've already scheduled my next appointment :)

Our refrigerator stopped cooling on a Friday afternoon, and I figured we'd be stuck over the weekend. Chad showed up the same day, diagnosed a bad start relay in about 10 minutes, and had it running again within the hour. Super knowledgeable, didn't try to oversell anything, and the price was very fair. We'll call Sasquatch first for any appliance issue going forward.

Our front-load washer was shaking so hard during spin cycle that I was afraid it would walk out of the laundry room. Chad came out, found a broken drum spider arm, and fixed it for less than half of what a new washer would have cost. He was straightforward about what it needed, showed me what he was doing, and finished the job clean. Exactly the kind of local technician you want to find.

I called Chad about our gas oven not heating evenly. He could have just replaced the bake element, but he took the time to check the temperature calibration too and found it was off by 30 degrees — which explained why my baking never turned out right. He fixed both issues in one visit. Honest, thorough, and didn't charge me for anything unnecessary. This is exactly the kind of service you hope to find.

Chad repaired our dryer after it stopped heating — turned out to be the thermal fuse and a clogged vent duct. He fixed both, explained what caused the fuse to blow in the first place, and showed me how to keep the duct clear going forward. Scheduling was easy and he showed up when he said he would. Would definitely use Sasquatch Appliance Repair again.
