Meet Chad.
He does exist.
The man behind the myth. Real tools, real fixes, real phone number.
The Story Behind Sasquatch
Chad Lamb is Bryan–College Station's own appliance repairman — blue-collar, straight-talking, and genuinely good at what he does. He started Sasquatch Appliance Repair because he got tired of watching neighbors pay big-box prices for mediocre service from technicians who couldn't look them in the eye and explain what was wrong.
Chad can. He'll tell you what broke, why it broke, how he's going to fix it, and what it'll cost — before he starts. No upsells, no mystery charges, no "the part will take three weeks" runaround.
The Sasquatch name? It started as a joke about how rare a truly honest repairman is. Turns out people remember it. And they call back.
Built on a Simple Idea
You Deserve Straight Answers
Chad built this business on transparency. He'll tell you if a repair is worth it or if it's time to move on. He won't sell you a fix you don't need.
Local Means Local
Chad lives here. His family lives here. He's not a franchise technician passing through — he's a neighbor who wants to do good work in his own community.
Prevention Beats Replacement
Most appliance failures are preventable. A $119 tune-up can save you a $600 repair. Chad's maintenance plans exist because he'd rather keep your machines alive than replace them.
Behind Every Sasquatch…
…is a Wife of Squatch. Chad's wife helps keep the business running — scheduling, follow-ups, and making sure Chad doesn't forget to eat lunch on a long day. It's a family operation, and that shows in how they treat every customer.
Where in the World Is Squatch?
Flat Squatch is Sasquatch's traveling mascot — think Flat Stanley, but a Bigfoot. A cardboard cutout that turns up at local events, favorite restaurants, front porches, and wherever the BCS community gathers.

Chad's Commitment to You
Sasquatch Appliance Repair exists to keep BCS households running. Chad shows up on time, works honestly, charges fairly, and backs his work. If something's not right, you call and he'll make it right. That's not a tagline — that's how he runs the business.
